This is a modern 14-panel (16/17 including the cup panels) cupped corset pattern with a gentle curve to accentuate your waist. Size (UK) 10-18 (US 6-14), cup sizes A-D. INCLUDES A 25 PAGE DOCUMENT OF CORSET CONSTRUCTION NOTES!
The pattern has cups positioned at specific under-bust (bottom of the cups) vertical heights from the waist (125mm (5''), 150mm (6''), 175mm (7'') and 200mm (8'') above the waistline, and cup sizes A, B, C & D. It's like a book so print out only the pages you require! There is a 2'' waist cinch factored into the pattern but instructions are included if you prefer a larger reduction. The pattern is not suited to reductions of more than 4'' on the standard sizes. If the vertical measurement of your natural waist to underbust (bottom of the cups) is not within the range 4.5'' - 8.5'' (1/2 inch tolerance is fine on these measurements) it will not be suitable.
The corset length measures either 34.5, 37, 40 or 42cm at the centre front and 41, 44, 47 or 49cm at the back (depending on which waist to under-bust vertical measurement is closest to your own). There is also a under-bust variation to this pattern (30, 32, 35, 38cm centre front, 33, 36, 39, 41cm back).
This pattern is drafted in AutoCAD and available as an instant download - you will need to print out on size letter (A) or A4 paper, making sure 'actual size' and 'centre the print' is ticked in your print dialogue box. Outline instructions included for making up single layer corsets. Note – a 2’’ back gap is factored into this pattern. If you would prefer your corset to close at the back, add 1’’ (25.4mm) to the edge of each panel 7. If you think you have purchased the wrong size I will be very happy to supply you with the next size free of charge.
It is recommended that you make a toile to the largest of your measurements to check the fit of the pattern – at this stage you can take in the smaller of your measurements and transfer these amendments to your pattern to ensure a perfect fitting corset!
