No return/refund is possible on digital items.
For corsets; If you need to return your item, please do so as soon as practically possible and within 30 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days have elapsed. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging, and include your proof of purchase. Exchanges are not possible as each corset sold is a sample/ one off designs. We are happy to accept returns if your corset does not fit.
We also do not accept returns of items that have been made to order due to incorrect measurements given or on downloadable software products such as digital patterns.
Once your return is received, we will notify you by e mail that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund – this will depend on the factors described above and whether the item has been received in an acceptable condition. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
